You start free: signing up gives you 10 credits with no credit card, a slide costs 10 credits, so the first slide of your video generates free and you can watch it in full; the rest unlocks on a paid plan. DistilBook accepts PDF, Word, images, plain text, a web article link, or a written prompt, and you approve the AI narration script before anything renders. Paid plans start at $20 per month for 230 credits, roughly 23 slides, which removes the watermark and unlocks MP4 export at up to 1440p. Narration is available in 20 languages, and the notes to video output can carry your own logo and brand colors. Whiteboard and motion videos can be made in 16:9 landscape or in 9:16 vertical for Shorts, Reels and TikTok. Can I turn handwritten notes into a video?
Yes. Upload a photo or scan of the page. The text is read with OCR before the script is written, and you see the extracted text at the review step so you can fix any misread words.
How many notes do I need for a video?
One page is enough. The AI needs about 150 words to build a 5 slide lesson. Longer notes are summarised to at most 12 slides, so a 10 page set of notes still produces a focused 4 to 5 minute video.
Will it invent things my notes do not say?
The script is written from your notes and you approve it before generation. Where notes are terse, the AI expands a bullet into a full sentence, and any line you disagree with can be edited or removed in the review step.
Which languages can the narration be in?
20 languages including English, Spanish, Hindi, French, German, Portuguese and Japanese, with a choice of 34 voices. Notes in one language can be narrated in another.
