Credits are used to generate animated video slides from your PDF. Each animated slide costs ~10 credits, and editing a slide costs 5 extra credits. Your credits refresh every month with your subscription.
No, unused credits do not roll over. Your credit balance resets each month when your subscription renews, so make sure to use them before your billing cycle ends.
A motion explainer slide runs about 25 seconds and a classic whiteboard slide about 2 minutes. Per month, Basic gives you roughly 9 minutes of motion explainer (or 45 minutes of whiteboard), Pro roughly 27 minutes (or about 2 hours of whiteboard), and Max roughly 55 minutes (or about 4.5 hours of whiteboard). A single motion explainer video goes up to 4, 6 or 10 minutes on Basic, Pro or Max.

Yes. Credit Packs are one-time purchases from $10 to $200 and need no plan. The credits are valid for 90 days from purchase and a slide costs 10 credits, so the $10 pack is 10 slides and the $200 pack 218. Because packs cost about 15 to 25% more per credit than a plan, a subscription is the better deal if you make videos every month; a pack is for a project with a deadline. Packs from $10 to $30 come with Pro limits (up to 30 PDF pages or images per video) and packs from $50 to $200 with Max limits (unlimited PDF pages or images); if you hold more than one pack, the biggest one sets your limits. Voice cloning comes only with packs of $50 or more.
Yes, on Pro and Max. Record about a minute of your voice once (or upload a recording) and pick it as the narrator for any whiteboard or motion video, in any of our languages. Pro keeps 2 cloned voices and can create 4 new ones a month; Max keeps 5 and can create 10 a month. The monthly count includes voices you later delete and resets on the 1st. Credit Packs of $50 or more include voice cloning with Max limits while their credits last; the Basic plan and smaller packs don't include it. Your recording is not stored once the voice is created.
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, and downgrades apply at the end of your current billing cycle.
Your generated videos remain accessible on the platform. You can always watch them on the website. Download access depends on your current plan. Cloned voices: if you move to a plan with fewer voice features, your voices are kept but locked until you upgrade again; if you cancel, they are deleted 30 days later unless you resubscribe.

Your account and all generated content remain accessible. You simply won't be able to generate new videos once your subscription period ends. You can resubscribe at any time.
